Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when MindCloud Tools issues refunds for confirmed course enrollments and private studio engagements. Website pricing is informational; refunds apply only to fees actually paid under a confirmed enrollment.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel within the timeframes below, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer. Requests must come from the purchaser email on the enrollment confirmation.

Timeframe

For open cohort programs (Signal Desk and Attribution Lab), a full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before the first live session. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before the first session may receive a 50% partial refund. Cancellations fewer than 5 days before the first session are not refundable, except at our discretion for documented emergencies.

Full or partial refund conditions

Full refunds apply when we cancel a program without offering a transfer you accept, or when you cancel inside the full-refund window. Partial refunds apply in the mid window above. After you attend any live session or download a substantial portion of cohort materials from the learner portal, fees become non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, travel costs, and custom data preparation work already performed for Insight Studio engagements are non-refundable. Deposit fees labeled as non-refundable in a private studio proposal remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@mindcloud-tools.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your full name, program name, cohort dates, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for verification details.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Banking networks may add additional time before funds appear.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative transfer in MYR after identity checks.

Cancellation by MindCloud Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as travel unless required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. Private studio contracts may include tailored refund schedules that supersede this page when signed.
